A local company called Clutch Specialties put this 6-puck ceramic clutch together for me in 24 hours. I sent them my old OEM e34 M5 clutch for reference. Then they delivered it to me at work… at no charge. Talk about service!!!

The OEM e34 M5 it will replace…

Parts Shop MAX hydro e-brake… complete with Earl’s stainless lines and fittings. God I hope this works.

Parts started trickling in today for the massive overhaul that the e46 is about to get. I’ve really been doing nothing lately but driving the ever-living hell out of this car. It is time to hook old grrrl up with some new bits and keep her running strong.Treehouse Racing “Eyeball Arms” to replace one of the few rubber bushings I have left on the car.

Zeckhausen Racing Modified Clutch Delay Valve. Why I’ve had this car for this long and never heard of this mod is beyond me. Big thanks to Tony Shulz for the heads up on an amazingly simple, inexpensive, and GREAT mod.

New delrin shifter… more metal than a bubble shift knob, but just as effective.

Long overdue Longacre helmet hook for the rollcage. Now I can cut the crusty 5-yr old bungee cord off the cage.

Picked this up from Mr. Stribling himself. Maybe this will help the return trip down the hill back into 10a…

Didn’t make as much progress on the car tonight as I wanted. I ran out of daylight. I tried hammering out the bumper supports that got bent when I tagged Austin. It’s going to need some more hammering, because now one bolt will thread, and the other won’t.

I dug up an old smoke lense to replace the one I shattered on Austin’s car. I went ahead and drilled out the hole with a 1″ hole-saw for the strobe light. The headlight is kinda smashed in there… I can’t get this lens on the car, so I’m gonna have to figure something out.

I decided to shine up The Destroyer™. Some TLC for this truck was long overdue. While I was at it, I de-stickered it. Maybe it is time for new stickers… maybe she’ll stay sleek and clean for a bit. The only sticker that remains is an OG gold/black Cipher Garage sticker on the rear glass.
Before finally retiring my Sidekick II, I dumped the remaining photos to my iMac. I knew once the switch was made to AT&T, T-Mobile would erase everything. There were photos on that phone that I refused to delete… from day one. It was always fun to randomly scroll through them and remember some good times.
After Formula D Sonoma, 2005… I may or may not have tagged an unsuspecting patrol car with a “Drifting Is Not A Crime” sticker.

Headed back from Sonoma on that same trip, we detoured through Vegas, and I rented this 348 Spider.

Sitting in grid at Formula D Chicago in 2005. That’s right… WOOD GRAIN.

Random snap outside One3 Creative when I was rocking handlebars.

Gas station sign in the middle of nowhere. I spotted this in the Southewest on my way out to Formula D Irwindale in 2005.

Fast forward to the summer of 2006. During the shooting of Slide America we found ourselves sleeping in empty offices at MySpace while rnour buddy Jacob Leveton finished working the night shift. It seemed fitting to take a “MySpace Picture” in the MySpace bathroom.

The back of the rental van (that we beat the living hell out of) towards the end of principal photography for Slide America.

Minutes after driving off the lot in The Destroyer™… January 2007.

My dry-erase board marking the completion of editing Slide America… May 2007.

Having Nascar-style door-bars welded into my rollcage up at J3 Racing. One of the largest and CLEANEST shops I have ever been in. rnI literally ate off the floor.

Post-surgical x-rays of the 7″ plate and 8 screws now permanent to my collar. September 2007.

Every Racing Dynamics wheel I own… including the (then unused) chrome set… all mounted up c/o Gran Turismo East rnand ready for thrashing at DMGGMASD. October 2008.

And last… but not least… the Pushead desktop image that I rocked for 4 years.

To celebrate UUC Motorwerk’s 10-year anniversary, they gave away magnetic drain plugs on a 1st-come 1st-serve basis. I’ve been meaning to order this part for YEARS… so when I got the e-mail, needless to say – I went right to their website and snagged one.

Maybe they’ll give away a big brake kit next?
Hey… a kid can dream!
The Destroyer™ took a step towards the dark side tonight. New kicks ready for the zombie apocalypse… Teflon-coated American Racing Mojave’s. Now I can run over the undead, and spray my wheels clean of zombie brains with a shot of water… just like a frying pan.

We started pulling graphics off tonight. Can’t there be an easier way to get this stuff off? I can’t feel my fingers. Backing all the holographic vinyl with plain black was the best idea EVER. It made removing most of the graphics SO much easier.

I went out and snapped a few shots of the E46 tonight. These are the last few pictures of her all suited up with graphics.
Tomorrow it is all coming off.

These wheels are VERY impossible to find these days. The fitment is meant for E34 5-Series & E38 7-Series BMW’s… but on my E46, the fitment is AMAZING. I managed to snag a staggered set off eBay today… and I’m VERY stoked about it.
Racing Dynamics RGP’s: 17×8.5 ET+13 Fronts, and 17×9.5 ET+20.5 Rear. CHROME.

I cannot even stress how rare these things are… let alone in such great condition. The chrome is refinished… but beyond gorgeous. I have actually had better luck importing these wheels from Japan than finding them here in the states. These wheels were posted on eBay for 30 minutes before I snagged them!

I’m a sucker for yellow headlights… so the Destroyer™ was destined to get them. I also picked up a nice black bull bar that I can mount some Hella 500’s up to.
I’m proud to present to you, the Destroyerâ„¢! It’s an ’06 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD.
Due to the malfunction with the e46, I was forced to up my time-table on getting something reliable that can tow and haul.
It has a 6.0L V8 Vortec motor pushing 300hp/360tq – rated to tow 12,000lbs!
