I’m out of surgery, and back home. I cant feel my shoulder at all… but I can feel that my collarbone isn’t grinding its bones against itself anymore. Before surgery you could actually hear them grind when I would try to move.
The Dr. said it was much worse when they opened me up… that the surgery was the way to go. Originally it was an option to let it try and heal on its own. I really fuckered it up bad, so I know I made the right choice by going under the knife.

I thought I was nervous before I seen your pics.I am having the same surgery tomorrow morning!!!!:(
Oh wow! Best of luck to you! I hope you heal up fast!!!
I’m having this surgery in the morning. I was really nervous, but having read what you’ve written, and seen your pictures, I feel a little more confident. Well, I do suppose I won’t feel my shoulder, but the plus of not feeling the bones grinding against one another makes it seem worth the waiting… :)
